adding specific program on the sepm firewall

Hello,

I want to exclude specific program (.exe type)  on the SEPM firewall.  But this ".exe" file just working on the all client computer (not in sepm server). 

Therefore, when click "add aplication", its want to specific path. 

How can i add ".exe" program on the firewall and how can i allow all client computer ?
