Power Eraser is now the Symhelp?

Hey,

We're trying to remediate a malware through Power Eraser, but the KB's download page just point us to download of the Symhelp, why is that?

We tried using the Threat Analysis, but it didint do any scan, all it did is to generate a sdbz file. Where's the power eraser now? What happened? Also someone should update the KB fo that.
